Detectives are Seeking Community’s Help Locating an Assault Suspect

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Special Victim’s Unit are requesting the public’s help to locate Kenny Clifford Gilbow, who is wanted in reference to a sexual assault investigation involving a 13-year-old victim. The crime occurred in May 2023.
