Baltimore County Detectives Charge Suspect in Fatal Shooting

Homicide detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department have charged 19-year-old Freedom Disean Brown in the February 20, 2023, fatal shooting of 17-year-old Tre’shaun Harmon. On Monday, February 20, 2023, officers located Harmon suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at East Joppa Road and Delaware Avenue, 21286. Medics transported Harmon to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. Brown remains held on a no-bail status.
