Homicide Suspect Under Arrest

53-year-old Levi Feldman has been charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence following the homicide of 45-year-old Lakisha Wheeler. Homicide detectives responded to the 7600 block of Labyrinth Road, 21208, on Friday, July 7, 2023 where Wheeler was located, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Feldman is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on no bond. Feldman is scheduled to appear for a bail review hearing later today.

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the 7600 block of Labyrinth Road, 21208, at approximately 6:50 p.m. for a report of an unconscious subject. When officers arrived at the scene, they located an adult female suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim, 45-year-old Lakisha Wheeler was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident. They are asking anyone with information concerning the case to contact 410-307-2020.
