ARREST MADE IN WOODLAWN HOMICIDE INVESTIGTION

UPDATE JUNE 4, 2023

On June 14th, members of the Baltimore County Police Department arrested 27-year-old Deangelo Fulton in connection with the homicide of 54-year-old Frank Eubanks Jr., which occurred in the 6700 block of Security Blvd. Fulton has been charged with first-degree murder and a firearms-related charge. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.

Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the 6700 block of Security Blvd., 21207, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Thursday, June 1, for a reported unconscious person suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound in the parking lot. The adult male, 54-year-old Frank Eubanks Jr., was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

As detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident, they are asking anyone with information concerning the case to contact 410-307-2020.
