On Wednesday, May 24, Baltimore County detectives arrested and charged 32-year-old Kenneth Davis in connection with the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Tracey Carrington. The homicide occurred on September 6, 2018, in the unit block of W. Overlea Avenue, 21206. Carrington was shot multiple times as she attempted to enter into a vehicle. She was later pronounced deceased at the scene. After a lengthy investigation, detectives were able to identify Kenneth Davis as the suspect in this case.
Kenneth Davis is currently being held at the Maryland Correctional Training Center.
