On May 14, 2023, at approximately 12:35 p.m., officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the area of E. Joppa Road and Emla Avenue in Parkville, for a motor vehicle collision. Investigators with the Baltimore County Police Crash Team determined a 2008 Suzuki SX 4 was making a left to travel westbound on E. Joppa Road. A 2016 Yamaha R6 was traveling eastbound on E. Joppa Road. The Yamaha struck the rear driver’s side of the Suzuki. The operator of the Yamaha was ejected and a rear passenger of the Suzuki was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the Yamaha, (25) Dillon J. Neimiller, was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The Baltimore County Crash Team continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding this crash.
