Pedestrian Crash along Pulaski Highway

May 6, 2023

ORIGINAL May 6, 2023

Just before 10:30 Friday night, members of the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the 8500 block of Pulaski Highway, 21237, in reference to a pedestrian being struck. When officers arrived, they located an adult male suffering from life-threatening injuries. Medics transported 65-year-old Ronald Kucharczyk to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The Baltimore County Police Crash Team has determined the pedestrian was attempting to cross the eastbound lanes of Pulaski Highway when he was struck by a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. The driver of the Silverado remained at the scene. This case remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
