Bicyclist Struck along Reisterstown Road

Members of the Baltimore County Police Crash Team responded to the 1800 block of Reisterstown Road, 21208, shortly after 10 p.m. Monday, February 20, 2023, after a bicyclist was struck while traveling northbound along Reisterstown Road. Investigators determined the victim, 22-year-old Chaim Cohen, was struck from behind by a 2017 Dodge Charger. Cohen was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Dodge Charger did remain at the scene. This incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
