Circumstances Surrounding Assault Under Investigation

On Sunday, February 12, 2023 at approximately 1:50 a.m., Baltimore County police officers responded to the unit block of East Chesapeake Avenue in reference to a first-degree assault. Once on scene, officers located an adult victim suffering from apparent trauma to the upper body. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition. The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating the motive of this assault and the circumstances surrounding the crime.
