Detectives Investigate Discovery of Human Remains

At approximately 2:45 p.m., on February 6, Baltimore County Police Detectives assigned to the Homicide/Missing Persons Unit responded to the 11000 block of Owings Mills Blvd., 21117. The detectives were called to the location regarding human remains discovered in the brush area a short distance from the roadway. Currently, the person’s identity is unknown. The remains have been taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where efforts will be made to positively identify the deceased person. As detectives continue investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident, anyone with information pertaining to the case are asked to call 410-307-2020.
