On Sunday, February 5, 2023, Baltimore County Police Detectives arrested and charged 28-year-old Quantze Davis in reference to the incident that occurred on Thursday, February 2, at the intersection of Allegheny Avenue and W. Joppa Road. Davis has been charged with several counts of first-degree rape, assault, and armed robbery. He is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

On Thursday, February 2, 2023 at approximately 11 p.m., Baltimore County police officers responded to the intersection of Allegheny Avenue and W. Joppa Road in reference to a sexual assault and robbery. Detectives determined the armed suspect approached the victims as they were walking on Allegheny. The suspect robbed and sexually assaulted the victims. If you have any information that may help detectives in their investigation, you are being asked to contact 410-887-2361.
