Detectives Investigate January 3rd Shooting

Baltimore County Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit detectives continue investigating the circumstances surrounding a double shooting that occurred shortly before 1 a.m., Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Officers responded to the 3300 block of Washington Blvd for shots fired. When they arrived at the location, officers found an 18-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The male victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Shortly after the victim was transported, detectives received a call for a walk-in 20-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. A preliminary investigation indicates that both victims were shot in the same area. The 20-year-old victim also sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Both remain in stable condition.
