Homicide Victim, 1992
On February 12, 1992, Baltimore County Police responded to reports of shots being fired in the back lot of the 6600 block of English Oak Road, 21234. When police arrived, they discovered Shinder Pal, a 30-year-old cab driver, lying on the ground near his vehicle with the motor running. Mr. Pal suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
