Homicide Victim, 1992
On February 28, 1992, Judith Ann Miller, age 42, was found lying in a ditch near the I-95 ramp to east 695 in the Precinct 9 White Marsh area of Baltimore County.
A passing motorist driving north on I-95 to east 695 noticed the nude body of a white female lying in a ditch. The victim had last been seen at a variety of bars and dance clubs the night before her body was discovered. She had suffered upper body trauma.
