Crime Statistics
January–June 2014 Crime Report
During the first half of 2014, total crime in Baltimore County decreased by 9.1 percent compared to the previous five-year average for the same time period.
Part I violent crimes (the most serious types of violent crime) decreased by 8.7 percent, and Part I property crime decreased by 11.4 percent, compared to the previous five-year average for the same time period.
This is official data compiled in accordance with the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting System.
