Many residents do not have the ability to afford the monthly costs of broadband service. There are several affordable solutions that are available via County partnerships that subsidize cost for those most in need. Baltimore County’s goal is to deliver service to everyone regardless of economic status. We plan to facilitate public and private investment in the community, forging partnerships with carriers and private entities to provide free broadband services for low-income households.
