Community Listening Sessions

The Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is searching for residents willing to participate in community listening sessions, which will be conducted in partnership with TheCaseMade—an organization that helps local jurisdictions connect with community members to better understand what it will take to achieve their long-term vision for a thriving community. The results of these sessions will help ensure that DHCD's policy decisions are informed by the perspective of residents all across the County.

Participants will have a chance to weigh in on critical issues, including education, employment, housing and transportation.

Apply to Participate in a Community Listening Session

Important note: Not all residents who apply will be selected to participate as space is limited. All sessions will be held virtually.

  1. Residents interested in participating can apply online.
  2. Selected participants will receive an email notification that they have been selected to participate. This email will include a link to a form where participants can choose from a few date and time options to participate in the sessions.
  3. Once a date and time are selected, participants will receive a link to the virtual session.
