CAPER Federal FY 2019 and County FY 2020

Public Notice: Baltimore County invites comments on its Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) for Federal Fiscal Year 2019 and County Fiscal Year 2020, which describes how the County used the federal Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Act and Emergency Solutions Grant funds during the County Fiscal Year 2020. Public comment period closes on Monday, October 25, at 5 p.m. Comments may be emailed to thickey@baltimorecountymd.gov or sent via mail to our office addressed to Terry Hickey, Director. Electronic submissions are preferred. A written summary of comments received by the deadline will be included in the CAPER submission to HUD.

The services offered by the Department help participants strengthen their families, improve their skills, education and economic status, and ultimately reduce their dependence on government programs.
