Veterans Services and Programs

As a veteran, your character, training and skills are valued by businesses.

Baltimore County’s Career Centers are committed to helping individuals who have served our country make a successful transition to a civilian career. We offer a variety of services to assist veterans, transitioning military personnel and other qualified individuals. Full-time Veteran Employment and Training Representatives are available to job seekers who visit the Career Centers.

 

The Job Connector Toolkit

The Job Connector Toolkit 2019 Update provides an in-depth analysis of Baltimore County's dynamic growth across nine key industries which drive 50 percent of the County's employment and are projected to account for 75 percent of the County’s job growth through 2024.

The 2019 update includes the most recently available (2018) industry and occupational data for:

  • State, regional and local economic impact by industry
  • Number of employers and workers by industry
  • Featured employers
  • An occupational overview of career clusters within each industry with summaries of in-demand occupations
  • Baltimore County estimated annual employment numbers by occupation
  • Mean, entry and experienced wages
  • New: A detailed list of in-demand Support Service Occupations, which account for 11 percent of Baltimore County’s total employment
