EPS Variances

The Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

Gray Manor Sewershed Structural Rehabilitation

Baltimore County contractors began an extensive rehabilitation of the Gray Manor Sewershed in mid-December. Crews will reline 37,369 feet of eight-inch and 36-inch sewer pipe in a project that is anticipated to take more than a year to complete. Preliminary site work began in late December.

Dundalk Avenue Streetscape Improvements

The Department of Public Works and Transportation has begun upgrading the existing streetscape on Dundalk Avenue. The project will include ADA ramps and thermoplastic crosswalks, and is expected to cost $600,000. Work will be completed in the spring.

Blenhurst Pumping Station

The Department of Public Works and Transportation has been renovating the Blenhurst Sewage Pumping Station at 8345 Bletzer Road. The project is 94 percent complete and will cost $2,633,500.
