EPS Variances

The Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) publishes a list of the environmental administrative variance requests along with their status. The requests are listed by County Council District.

Planning Board Meetings

Design Review Panel Meeting

Landmarks Preservation Commission Meeting

Dundalk Avenue Streetscape Improvements

The Department of Public Works and Transportation and Transportation is upgrading the existing streetscape on Dundalk Avenue and will start work before the end of this year, say engineers. The project will include ADA ramps and thermoplastic crosswalks. The revitalized avenue is expected to cost $600,000.

Blenhurst Pumping Station

The Department of Public Works and Transportation and Transportation has been renovating of the Blenhurst Sewage Pumping Station at 8345 Bletzer Road. The project, which is 94 percent complete, will cost $2,633,500.
