Appeal of Administrative Law Judge decision upholding civil citation number CC2411822 for failure to store garbage in containers with tight lids; failure to remove all trash and debris from property; failure to remove accumulations of debris, materials, etc.; improperly parked recreation vehicle; failure to cease all outside storage of unlicensed and/or inoperative motor vehicles; and violation of commercial site plan and/or zoning order. Civil penalty of $5,000.00 imposed.
