In accordance with Resolution 46-02 of the County Council, the Baltimore County Economic Advisory Committee (BCEAC) was established to provide practical assistance in advising the Spending Affordability Committee on the state of the local economy. The BCEAC meets quarterly to discuss the state of the local economy and consists of nine members, including eight local area business representatives and a chairperson who has expertise in the field of economics. The County Auditor’s Office provides staff services for the BCEAC.
