Medicare Part D Screening Checklist

The Baltimore County Department of Aging State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides one-on-one assistance with Part D research for Medicare beneficiaries at Senior Centers during the Annual Part D Open Enrollment from October 15 to December 7. To schedule an appointment for the 2021 Open Enrollment, please call 410-887-2059 no earlier than September 2020. The dates for Part D research will be listed on the Medicare page titled "Outreach."
