Per Council Bill 4-23, for the purpose of establishing the membership of the West Baltimore County Redevelopment Authority (WBCRA), eleven members will be appointed by Baltimore County from a slate of individuals prepared by the ex-officio members of the Authority and approved by a majority vote of the ex-officio members.
The WBCRA will have the power to make recommendations to the County to acquire, develop, redevelop, or dispose of certain land or property in west Baltimore County, which is the geographic area between Liberty Road, Baltimore National Pike, Rolling Road, and the City/County boundary.
Membership Application
Residents who live or work within west Baltimore County with expertise in accounting, finance, banking, law, development or real estate are encouraged to apply. Applications will be accepted until Wednesday, May 1.
