Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Register for Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a program sponsored by the Baltimore County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and designed to teach citizens how to get through the first 72 hours following a disaster.

Program Dates and Locations

Sessions will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on the following dates at the specified location.

  • Every Tuesday, from September 26 to October 24
    Note: Participants will also have the opportunity to attend one Thursday 911 tour.
