EBT Cards and Appeal Hearings Location Changes

Due to renovations, new EBT cards are not currently being issued at the Drumcastle location on 6401 York Road. Replacement cards can be requested by calling 1-800-997-2222 or visiting www.connectebt.com.

 

In addition, all Appeal Hearings will be held at the Baltimore County Office of Child Support, 170 West Ridgely Road, Lutherville, Maryland 21093, phone: 1-800-332-6347.

  • Cold Weather Resources—If you are looking for a warm environment with access to water and bathrooms, then Baltimore County has several “warming centers” available where you can get relief from the cold.

  • If you own a cat or Pit Bull type dog, live in Baltimore County and receive government assistance, your cat or Pit Bull type dog could be spayed or neutered for free! For more information, call 410-887-2938 or schedule an appointment online. Please note your nine-digit client identification number is required when requesting an appointment.

  • Save Time: Send Us Your Paperwork—If you receive benefits from the Department of Social Services, you can save time by sending us your documents. If you have verification paperwork that needs to be turned in, email them to baltimorecounty.dmc@maryland.govfax them to 410-853-3025 or 410-853-3212, or mail them to:
