Regional Projected-Based Voucher Program Awards

The Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher Program, which includes Baltimore County Office of Housing as a partner agency, has made the following awards of project-based vouchers:

  • Six to Woda Cooper Development, Inc. for Reserve at Severna Park

May 2018 Awards

  • Eight to Woda Cooper Development Inc. for Brock Bridge Landing in Jessup

  • Eight to Woda Cooper Development Inc. for 7410 Grace Drive in Columbia

  • Eight to PIRHL Developers LLC for Severn Crossroads in Severn

  • Two to Homes for America for Red Maple Place in Towson

  • Five to Homes for America for Homes for Fountain Green in Bel Air

November 2017 Awards

  • Fifteen to Volleyball House Apartments LLLP for Riverwatch II in Elkridge

  • Six to Towne Courts LLC in Annapolis
