Due to the coronavirus precautions taken by the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State of Maryland, all jury trials are suspended from March to August 1, 2020. No jurors will need to report and will not have to reschedule. Your name will go back into the jury pool for random selection in 2021.

The Circuit Court is currently closed to the public.  We will have limited phone access.  Our email will be open and responded to within 48 hours:

If the Circuit Court needs to extend any suspension of jury trials, this message will be updated as well as the recorded messages on our phone systems. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not have coffee or a cafe in the building but you are welcome to bring food and drinks with you.

Make sure you have completed your summons.

Please have your summons and parking tickets out and ready for check-in.

In the event of inclement weather, please listen to local news stations for Baltimore County Circuit Court closings or delays. Jurors should follow the closings or delays given for Baltimore County Circuit Court--if courts are closed no jurors should report AND you will not need to reschedule. Your name will go back into the juror pool for random selection in 2021.  If courts have a 1 or 2 hour delayed opening, reporting time for jurors is also delayed.

Remember to bring your summons and your parking garage ticket for validation.
