• Beginning September 9, 2008 the County Council Work Sessions will be held at 3 p.m.
• On May 22, 2008, the Baltimore County Council adopted the County budget for the fiscal year that begins July 1, 2008.                                       The Council's budget message and the budget detail are set forth in their entirety.
• The County Council elected Councilman Kevin Kamenetz to serve as Chairman for the 2008 Session.
• The County Spending Affordability Committee has issued its spending guidelines and recommendations to the County Executive and County Council.
