Mission
The mission of Parking and Automated Enforcement is two fold. One is to enforce county parking and automated enforcement regulations which have been specifically designed to promote safety on the county’s roads, streets and alleyways as well as to expedite traffic flow and promote proper use of parking spaces throughout the county. Additionally, every effort is made to assure the public that payment of a violation is an easy and efficient process.
How to Pay Parking and Automated Enforcement Violations in Baltimore County
You can pay Baltimore County parking and automated enforcement through the mail, by phone, in person or online, via the Baltimore County and Automated Enforcement Violation Payment System. You may use Visa, Master Card or Discover Card as well as an electronic check or cash to pay violations. A $2.50 convenience fee will be charged by your credit card company when paying with a credit card. There is no fee when paying with an electronic check or cash. If you do not know your violation number you may call 410-887-8153 or you may e-mail us at financeinfo@baltimorecountymd.gov. You must provide the vehicle registration number with the request.

Payment of Parking and Automated Enforcement Violations can be made online by using the newly designed Baltimore County Parking and Automated Enforcement System. To utilize the system you must review the following Terms and Conditions and, if agreeable, click on to the I Accept the Terms link and follow the prompts as required. - Payment using the Automated Telephone System
Payment can be made with Visa, Discover Card, Master Card or electronic check. Call 410-887-2777 and follow the directions. - Payment by Mail
Forward a copy of your violation along with a check or money order payable to Baltimore County Maryland, Historic Courthouse, 400 Washington Ave., Room 150, Towson, MD 21204-4665. - Payment in Person
Payment may be made in person at the Office of Budget and Finance, Violation Payment Office, located in Room 150, Historic Courthouse, 400 Washington Ave., Towson, MD. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Payment for Parking and Red Light Tickets can be made online using Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards or by electronic check. You can pay tickets for yourself or for someone else. In order to pay tickets, you must provide the Violation numbers.
If paying by credit card, please be aware that a convenience fee of $2.50 will automatically be added to the total payment amount of the transaction. The fee is added to the transaction total and is not added for each ticket paid. To avoid paying a $2.50 convenience fee for each ticket, pay all outstanding tickets during one transaction.
