Open Enrollment and Life Events Are Now Live in Workday

Active employees are encouraged to review and update their 2023 information through Workday:

  • Benefits
  • Benefit Life Events (Adoption/birth, marriage, loss of coverage etc.)
  • Life Insurance Beneficiaries
  • Address
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Personal Information

Please report any non-benefit discrepancies in Workday to your HR liaison. Find additional information regarding Open Enrollment, including important announcements and plan changes.

Important Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT) Information

Paychecks will continue to come out of Advantage ESS until Workday payroll, absence and time tracking (PATT) goes live in the near future. Employees who require changes to their personal information that impact pay are advised to complete the appropriate form in the “Forms and Websites” widget in ESS and submit the completed form to the indicated agency.

Important Note: Do not enter your time into Workday until further notice. In addition, any tax or direct deposit changes made in Workday will not take effect until PATT goes live.
