Circuit Court Docket Changes

The Maryland Courts are currently working on a modified schedule. All victims and witnesses are excused unless you are contacted directly by the Assistant State’s Attorney handling the case.

Questions

If you are scheduled to appear in court as a victim or witness in a case, check the Maryland Judiciary Case Search to find the most up to date information regarding the trial date, time and location.

If you are a victim in a case and would like more information, please call the office at 410-887-6650 between the hours 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We will also monitor the Victim Witness unit email at victimwitness@baltimorecountymd.gov. We will be able to advise you of your rights as a victim, and how court hearings will be taking place during our modified schedule. Be sure to reference the file or case number in your email, or have it available if you choose to call.

Note: If an Assistant State's Attorney has given you instructions regarding your appearance in court, please follow those instructions.
