Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department are investigating the circumstances surrounding a homicide. At approximately 5:30 p.m., January 15, 2023, officers were called to the 900 block of Sun Circle Way, 21221, about a body that had been located. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on January 16 and ruled the manner of death a homicide after discovering apparent trauma to the victim’s upper body. The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Cameron D. James. Detectives are asking anyone with information about this case to call 410-307-2020.
