On Tuesday, November 22, homicide detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to the 8700 block of Loch Raven Blvd. in reference to an unconscious person. When they arrived to the location, detectives found the victim deceased. It was later determined that 24-year-old Pavan Patel suffered from a fatal gunshot wound. This homicide remains under investigation.
