Major Cities Chiefs Association Crime Survey Results

The Major Cities Chiefs Association is a collaboration of the 79 largest law enforcement agencies in the United States and Canada. The MCCA recently released their 2022 3^rd quarter crime survey results, which highlight the hard work of the Baltimore County Police Department, in collaboration with community partners, in effectively reducing violent crime during January to September 2022.

• Baltimore County ranks #1 in Homicide reduction.
• Baltimore County ranks #5 in Rape reduction.
• Baltimore County is among 30 MCCA agencies with an overall reduction in violent crime.
