Suspicious Death Ruled a Homicide

On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, Baltimore County police officers responded to the intersection of North Taylor Avenue and Eastern Boulevard for a reported cardiac arrest. When officers arrived in the 400 block of Eastern Blvd., they found a man bloodied and unresponsive. Medics transported the male victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. An autopsy later determined 67-year-old Michael Abey had been shot multiple times.
