DETECTIVES ARE SEEKING INFORMATION REGARDING THE ABUSE OF A MINOR

Detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 43-year-old Keith H. Savage with Second Degree Rape, Sexual Abuse of a Minor, and Child pornography, along with other sexual offense charges. Savage was granted bail and is currently on home detention.
