Detectives Charge Adult Male with Possessing Child Pornography

Detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 32-year-old Lawrence Costella with Distributing and Possessing Child Pornography. He is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. During the course of the investigation Costella was employed as a teacher in Howard County. Currently, detectives do not suspect Costella had any inappropriate contact with minors.
