Suspect Arrested in Connection with two Sexual Assaults

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department have a suspect in custody following two sexual assaults that occurred in the Owings Mills area. The first assault occurred on August 21, at approximately 11:45 p.m. The second assault occurred on August 22, at approximately 10:30 p.m. Both assaults occurred in the Lakeside Boulevard area of Owings Mills.

The suspect officers apprehended Tuesday morning, while canvassing the area, has been charged as an adult with first degree rape, second degree rape, kidnapping and armed robbery. The juvenile is currently held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
