Detectives Investigate Essex Shooting

ORIGINAL: JULY 21, 2022

Baltimore County homicide detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a fatal shooting that occurred at approximately 2 o’clock this afternoon in the 1400 block of Hadwick Drive. When officers arrived to the scene, they discovered 21-year-old Kenyon Joyner suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Mr. Joyner was pronounced deceased at an area hospital.
