Homicide Suspect Remains Held Without Bond

On Saturday evening, at approximately 10:45 p.m., officers responded to the Unit Block of Westminster Pike, 21136, for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they located a man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds. The male victim was identified as 32-year-old Andrew Bowers. Bowers was later pronounced deceased at an area hospital.

Baltimore County Detectives determined the two victims were shot by 21-year-old William Reckline. Reckline responded to the location following a domestic dispute that happened earlier in the evening between Bowers and his girlfriend.

Reckline has been charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence as well as first-degree assault. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
