Detectives Charge Adult Male with Abuse of a Minor

Detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children’s Unit arrested and charged 22-year-old Delroy J Scott with Sexual Abuse of a Minor. Delroy utilized several social media accounts, to solicit minors as young as 8-years-old. Detectives are seeking anyone who may have been aware of a minor that was in contact with this subject.
