UPDATE (March 15, 2021 3:17 p.m.):

Detectives have identified the man killed in Windsor Mill on March 14, as 28 year old Dejuan Kashif Ford of Cottage Ave, 21215.

According to police, around 4:20 a.m. on Sunday officers responded to the 8100 block of Liberty Road for shots fired. Officers found evidence of a shooting but no victim. A short time later, officers learned a man had been transported to Northwest Hospital with a gunshot wound.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Ford attended a gathering in the 8100 block of Liberty Road when there was an altercation that continued into the parking lot.

Baltimore County Homicide Detectives are asking anyone who may have information to contact them by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

A man was killed in Windsor Mill this morning. 

He was transported to a local hospital where he died after being shot in the upper body just before 4:30 a.m. near Millvale Road and Liberty Road, 21244.
