Metro Crime Stoppers has increased the reward in the homicide of 45-year-old Rosario Valenti. The reward is now at $8,000 for information that leads to an arrest and charges in this case.

UPDATE (March 4, 2021 1 p.m.):

The victim of a stabbing outside of a Dundalk restaurant last Friday, February 26, has died.

Rosario Valenti (45) of the 7300 block of Edsworth Road, 21222 died last night at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center after suffering multiple stab wounds during an altercation with the suspect early Friday morning.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit are continuing the investigation into this incident and ask anyone who may have information to call 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.

Original Release (February 26, 2021 11:32 a.m.):

A stabbing outside of a Dundalk restaurant early this morning left a man critically injured.

The suspect stabbed the victim, a 45-year-old man, multiple times during a physical altercation on a parking lot in the 2700 block of North Point Road, 21222. Officers responded to the area at 12:21 a.m. for a call of a stabbing, but the suspect had fled the scene on foot and remains outstanding. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.
