SUSPECT ARRESTED IN SHOOTING ON COLD STREAM WAY

ORIGINAL (March 2, 2021 9:50 p.m.):

Just after 6 a.m. on February 28, Baltimore County Police responded to the 2700 block of Cold Stream Way, 21234 in the Parkville Precinct for a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the lower body. The victim was transported to a local hospital to undergo surgery and is in stable condition.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the incident was domestic related. The suspect responded to Cold Stream Way causing a disturbance where he was confronted by the victim. The suspect displayed a handgun and shot the victim before leaving the scene. The police located the suspect shortly after and identified him as 28-year-old Tyrone Vaughan Moss of the 700 block of E. 21^st Street, 21218.

Moss was arrested and charged with attempted first degree murder, first degree assault and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Moss is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on a no-bail status pending a bail review hearing.
