On Feb. 27, 2020 officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds in the 3700 block of McDowell Lane. The victim, who called 911, told officers he heard several gunshots come from the vacant apartment next door. One bullet had traveled through a neighboring wall and pierced the victim’s leg. When officers entered the neighboring apartment, they found a second victim fatally injured from several gunshot wounds to the upper body. The second victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Jamie Bull Jr.

Detectives with the Baltimore County Homicide Unit continue to investigate this case and the circumstances this case.
