Pedestrian Struck on Loch Raven Boulevard Dies

A pedestrian died Saturday night after being struck on Loch Raven Boulevard near Loch Bend Drive.

Officers from the Towson Precinct responded to the scene at 7:49 p.m. after the pedestrian was first struck by the front passenger side of a GMC Acadia and then by a Honda Accord following behind the GMC. 

The pedestrian, identified as Edward Nathaniel Smith (63) of the 1200 block of East Northern Parkway, 21239, was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding BCoFD medics.
