Police are investigating the shooting death of a male subject on St. Regis Road early this morning.

Detectives have determined that the victim, who has not yet been identified, responded to the 6100 block of St. Regis Road, 21206 just after midnight. After exiting the vehicle he arrived in, he was approached by at least one suspect and suffered at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. Responding officers located the victim in the street, where he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding this fatal shooting. Anyone who may have seen or heard anything in the area at the time of this shooting is asked to contact detectives by calling 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.
