Homicide Victim, 1996
At 11:45 p.m. on February 26, 1996, a Baltimore County police officer was on routine patrol in the area of 65th and Biddle streets, 21237 in Precinct 9 White Marsh.
The officer observed a red Chevrolet truck parked in an isolated area. The officer approached the vehicle and observed an unconscious male seated in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. The deceased male was identified as 37-year-old Isaac Saul. He had sustained several gunshot wounds to the upper body.
